Change in protocol to add runt frame fix
and other application enhancements and bugfixes. This conforms to RC1
of the protocol framing.

An alpha release of DPromix01 is now
available. It's a control surface for the Yamaha Promix01 digital
mixing desk and should be usable with the 01v. The code is based on RC1
of the protocol.
